The Lynden Lions (Lynden, WA) basketball crushed the host Oak Harbor Wildcats (Oak Harbor, WA), 71-48 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Lions now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Squalicum for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest bout on Thursday, December 12. Lynden will play a Storm team coming off a 66-60 league loss to Burlington-Edison (Burlington, WA). The Storm record now stands at 1-2.
