The Saegertown Panthers (Saegertown, PA) basketball were winner over the visiting West Middlesex Big Reds (West Middlesex, PA), 61-46 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Panthers now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Mercyhurst Prep for a non-league bout on Friday, December 13. Saegertown will play a Lakers team coming off a 58-54 non-league loss to Howland (Warren, OH). The Lakers record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, West Middlesex falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Big reds host Laurel (New Castle, PA) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 14. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 3-2.
