Nebraska High School Basketball - Sedgwick County crushes South Platte

December 10, 2024: Big Springs, NE 69122

The Sedgwick County Cougars (Julesburg, CO) basketball crushed the host South Platte Blue Knights (Big Springs, NE), 58-37 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Cougars now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Wiggins for a non-league bout on Friday, December 13. Sedgwick County will play a Tigers team coming off a 75-38 non-league loss to Forge Christian (Arvada, CO). The Tigers record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, South Platte falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Blue knights travel to Leyton (Dalton, NE) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Friday, December 13. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Leyton lost 61-57 in their recent non-league bout against Peetz (Peetz, CO)
