Springbrook Blue Devils (Silver Spring, MD) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Seneca Valley Screamin' Eagles (Germantown, MD), 89-27 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Springbrook upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Blue Devils host Kennedy (Silver Spring, MD) to face the Cavaliers in a non-league match on Thursday, December 12. The Cavaliers enter the match with a record of 3-0. Kennedy won 62-49 in their recent non-league match against Walter Johnson (Bethesda, MD)

The Screamin' Eagles now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bethesda-Chevy Chase for a non-league match on Friday, December 13. Seneca Valley will face a Barons squad coming off a 57-26 non-league win over Poolesville (Poolesville, MD). The Barons record now stands at 2-0.
