Kansas High School Basketball - McPherson trounced by Derby

Derby Panthers (Derby, KS) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting McPherson Bullpups (McPherson, KS), 72-32 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Derby advances its record to 1-1 on the year. The Panthers travel to Maize (Maize, KS) to meet the Eagles in a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail I match on Tuesday, December 17. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 0-1.

The Bullpups now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Andover for a non-league match on Friday, December 13. McPherson will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 57-44 non-league win over Derby (Derby, KS). The Trojans record now stands at 1-0.
