The Minnesota Valley Lutheran Chargers basketball team scored 51 points and limited the visiting Loyola Crusaders to 46 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Chargers now have a 5-0 record. They play next when they host New Ulm Cathedral for a non-league game on Friday, December 13. Minnesota Valley Lutheran will confront a Greyhounds team coming off a 84-32 league loss to St. Mary's (Sleepy Eye, MN). The Greyhounds record now stands at 0-5.

With the loss, Loyola falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Madelia (Madelia, MN) to face the Blackhawks in a A Section 2 match on Friday, December 13. The Blackhawks enter the match with a record of 0-5.
