The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Sparta Trojans (Sparta, MO) and the visiting Spokane Owls (Spokane, MO), observed Sparta's basketball team overwhelm Spokane by a margin of 71-38.

The Trojans (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Fordland (Fordland, MO). The Eagles come into the Summit challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Fordland trounced Seymour (Seymour, MO), 33-31, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Owls battle the Monett Cubs (Monett, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 12. Spokane will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Cubs come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 61-57 non-league loss to Neosho (Neosho, MO).
