In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host James Madison Warhawks basketball team scored a good 43-24 triumph over the Langley Saxons.
The Warhawks (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Meridian (Falls Church, VA). The Mustangs go into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Meridian was topped by Heritage (Leesburg, VA), 31-21, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Saxons battle the Robinson Rams (Fairfax, VA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 13. Langley will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Rams go into the contest with a 1-0 record after their 28-27 non-league win over George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA).
