Granite Hills Cougars (Apple Valley, CA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Hesperia Scorpions (Hesperia, CA), 5-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Granite Hills moves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Cougars host Sultana (Hesperia, CA) to meet the Sultans in a non-league test on Thursday, December 12. The Sultans come into the test with a record of 6-2. Sultana won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Orange Vista (Perris, CA)

The Scorpions now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Bell Gardens for a non-league test on Saturday, December 14. Hesperia will meet a Lancers team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over St. Mary's Academy (Inglewood, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 2-3.
