Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the San Mateo Bearcats (San Mateo, CA) and the visiting Jefferson Grizzlies (Daly City, CA), saw San Mateo's soccer squad triumph over Jefferson by a count of 11-0.

The Bearcats (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Mercy (Burlingame, CA). The Bears enter the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Mercy was overwhelmed by Mills (Millbrae, CA), 4-2, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Grizzlies battle the Gunn Titans (Palo Alto, CA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, December 12. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Titans enter the battle with a 2-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Westmont (Campbell, CA).
