Michigan High School Ice Hockey - Brother Rice knocks off Grosse Pointe South

The Brother Rice Warriors ice hockey team scored 8 points and held the visiting Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils to 0 in the Warriors non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Warriors now own a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grosse Pointe North for a Michigan Interscholastic bout on Tuesday, December 10. Brother Rice will encounter a Norsemen team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Woodhaven (Brownstown, MI). The Norsemen record now stands at 2-5.
With the defeat, Grosse Pointe South moves to 1-4 on the season. The Blue devils travel to Novi (Novi, MI) to encounter the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 14. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Novi won 6-3 in their recent non-league bout against Stevenson (Livonia, MI)
