In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Foard Tigers basketball team scored a close 27-24 win over the Cherryville Ironmen.
The Tigers (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against North Iredell (Olin, NC). The Raiders come into the non-league contest with a 5-2 record.
