Texas High School Basketball - Irving tipped by Roosevelt

The Roosevelt Mustangs basketball team scored 26 points and held the visiting Irving Tigers to 24 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Mustangs now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nimitz for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 14. Roosevelt will meet a Vikings team coming off a 43-42 league loss to Pearce (Richardson, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 8-3.
The Tigers (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Carter (Dallas, TX). The Cowboys enter the non-league contest with a 9-3 record. In their last contest, Carter nudged Dunbar (Fort Worth, TX), 45-28, in a non-league contest.
