In Monday's league outing, the Anacortes Seahawks (Anacortes, WA) basketball squad felled the host Burlington-Edison Tigers (Burlington, WA), by a margin of 83-63.

The Seahawks (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Mount Vernon (Mount Vernon, WA). The Bulldogs go into the 1A/2A/3A Northwest outing with a 5-1 record. In their last outing, Mount Vernon was beaten by Lynden Christian (Lynden, WA), 72-62, in a league outing.

The Tigers now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Sehome for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest outing on Thursday, December 14. Burlington-Edison will clash with a Mariners squad coming off a 56-50 league loss to Mt. Baker (Deming, WA). The Mariners record now stands at 3-2.
