Campion Academy Cougars (Loveland, CO) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Nederland Panthers (Nederland, CO), 39-34 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Campion Academy upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Cougars host Union Colony Prep (Greeley, CO) to clash with the Timberwolves in a non-league bout on Monday, January 15. The Timberwolves go into the bout with a record of 0-4.
Next up, the Panthers clash with the Cripple Creek-Victor Pioneers (Cripple Creek, CO) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 6. Nederland will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
