Empire Ravens (Tucson, AZ) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Desert View Jaguars (Tucson, AZ), 66-39 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Empire upgrades its record to 7-4 on the season. The Ravens travel to Benson (Benson, AZ) to play the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 14. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Benson lost 56-55 in their recent league bout against Bisbee (Bisbee, AZ)

Next up, the Jaguars play the Ironwood Ridge Nighthawks (Tucson, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 13. Desert View will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Nighthawks go into the bout with a 3-6 record after their 59-52 non-league win over Marana (Tucson, AZ).
