The Garfield Bulldogs basketball team scored 78 points and held the visiting Robert F. Kennedy Community Bobcats to 32 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Monday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marquez for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 13. Garfield will battle a Gladiators team coming off a 60-49 non-league win over Buena Park (Buena Park, CA). The Gladiators record now stands at 4-0.

The Bobcats (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Mendez (Los Angeles, CA). The Jaguars enter the Central contest with a 2-6 record.
