The Roosevelt Mustangs basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the host Hillcrest Trojans to 32 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Monday.

The Mustangs now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Great Oak for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 13. Roosevelt will battle a Wolfpack team coming off a 49-38 non-league loss to Oak Hills (Hesperia, CA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 0-1.
