Fairview Apaches (Sherwood, OH) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Wauseon Indians (Wauseon, OH), 50-44 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Fairview upgrades its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Apaches host Continental (Continental, OH) to play the Pirates in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Pirates come into the bout with a record of 0-4. Continental lost 46-7 in their recent non-league bout against Tinora (Defiance, OH)

Next up, the Indians play the Delta Panthers (Delta, OH) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 14. Wauseon will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 49-38 non-league loss to Pettisville (Pettisville, OH).
