The Triangle Lake Lakers basketball team (Blachly, OR), was toppled 47-27 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Falls City/Kings Valley Charter Mountaineers (Falls City, OR)
The Mountaineers now possess a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Perrydale for a 1A Casco battle on Wednesday, December 13. Falls City/Kings Valley Charter will confront a Pirates team coming off a 30-19 league loss to Lewis Academy (Newberg, OR). The Pirates record now stands at 1-4.
The Lakers (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Elkton (Elkton, OR). The Elks come into the non-league battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Elkton was toppled by Mohawk (Marcola, OR), 36-8, in a non-league battle.
