Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Wilcox Chargers (Santa Clara, CA), 54-50 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Branham upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Bruins host Willow Glen (San Jose, CA) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 13. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Willow Glen won 45-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Cupertino (Cupertino, CA)

Next up, the Chargers confront the Palo Alto Vikings (Palo Alto, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, January 3. Wilcox will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record.
