California High School Basketball - Bakersfield overwhelms McFarland

The Bakersfield Drillers basketball team scored 77 points and limited the host McFarland Cougars to 44 in the Drillers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Drillers now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Sanger for a non-league game on Thursday, December 12. Bakersfield will confront a Apaches team coming off a 64-55 non-league win over Ridgeview (Bakersfield, CA). The Apaches record now stands at 7-1.

With the loss, McFarland falls to 7-4 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Mira Monte (Bakersfield, CA) to confront the Lions in a non-league game on Friday, December 13.
