The Plano East Panthers basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Braswell Bengals to 49 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Panthers now have a 12-1 record. They play next when they host Rock Hill for a 6A Region I District 6 game on Friday, December 13. Plano East will confront a Blue Hawks team coming off a 54-45 league loss to McKinney Boyd (McKinney, TX). The Blue Hawks record now stands at 4-8.

With the loss, Braswell falls to 13-7 on the campaign. The Bengals travel to Memorial (Frisco, TX) to confront the Warriors in a non-league game on Friday, December 13. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 10-3. Memorial won 76-68 in their recent non-league game against Melissa (Melissa, TX)
