Georgia High School Basketball - Clarkston thwarts Cedar Grove

December 11, 2024: Clarkston, GA 30021

The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Clarkston Angoras (Clarkston, GA) and the visiting Cedar Grove Saints (Ellenwood, GA), observed Clarkston's basketball team knock off Cedar Grove by a score of 39-24.

The Angoras (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against McNair (Atlanta, GA). The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, McNair prevailed over Redan (Stone Mountain, GA), 31-17, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Saints battle the Decatur Bulldogs (Decatur, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 18. Cedar Grove will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record.
