The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Brunswick Academy Vikings (Lawrenceville, VA) and the visiting Nansemond-Suffolk Academy Saints (Suffolk, VA), observed Brunswick Academy's basketball team overwhelm Nansemond-Suffolk Academy by a margin of 55-34.

The Vikings (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Southampton Academy (Courtland, VA). The Raiders come into the challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Southampton Academy was trounced by Ridgecroft (Ahoskie, NC), 33-30, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Saints battle the Isle of Wight Academy Chargers (Isle of Wight, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 13. Nansemond-Suffolk Academy will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 39-30 non-league win over Kenston Forest (Blackstone, VA).
