The Forest Park Bruins basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Gainesville Cardinals to 33 in the Bruins league triumph on Wednesday.

With the loss, Gainesville falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Battlefield (Haymarket, VA) to confront the Bobcats in a non-league game on Friday, January 17. The Bobcats go into the game with a record of 4-0.
