California High School Basketball - Alhambra nudged by Fairfield

December 11, 2025: Martinez, CA 94553

The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Fairfield Falcons (Fairfield, CA) and the host Alhambra Bulldogs (Martinez, CA), witnessed Fairfield's basketball squad hold off Alhambra by a count of 58-52.

With the victory, Fairfield advances its record to 3-4 on the year. The Falcons travel to East Union (Manteca, CA) to meet the Lancers in a non-league battle on Friday, December 12. The Lancers enter the battle with a record of 4-1. East Union won 77-41 in their recent non-league battle against Vacaville (Vacaville, CA)

The Bulldogs now own a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Futures for a non-league battle on Friday, December 12. Alhambra will meet a Knights squad coming off a 71-17 non-league loss to South Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe, CA). The Knights record now stands at 2-3.
