The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Blackfoot Broncos (Blackfoot, ID) and the visiting Kelso Hilanders (Kelso, WA), observed Blackfoot's basketball team edge Kelso by a margin of 62-58.
The Broncos (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Capital (Boise, ID). The Golden Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Capital tipped Cole Valley Christian (Meridian, ID), 71-57, in a non-league battle.
The Hilanders now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Minico for a non-league battle on Friday, December 12. Kelso will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 76-36 non-league loss to Capital (Boise, ID). The Spartans record now stands at 1-4.
