Texas High School Basketball - Spring sneaks past Bridge City

The Spring Lions basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Bridge City Cardinals to 57 in the Lions non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Lions now possess a 8-9 record. They play next when they travel to Huntsville for a non-league test on Friday, December 12. Spring will clash with a Hornets squad coming off a 64-54 non-league win over MacArthur (Houston, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 1-4.
The Cardinals (7-6) will now prepare for their test against Hardin-Jefferson (Sour Lake, TX). The Hawks come into the non-league test with a 8-9 record. In their last test, Hardin-Jefferson was nipped by Stafford (Stafford, TX), 54-38, in a non-league test.
