The Greenhill Hornets basketball team scored 71 points and limited the visiting Temple Wildcats to 54 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Hornets now possess a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coppell for a non-league outing on Friday, December 12. Greenhill will clash with a Cowboys squad coming off a 73-61 non-league win over Birdville (North Richland Hills, TX). The Cowboys record now stands at 12-5.

The Wildcats (8-5) will now prepare for their outing against Reedy (Frisco, TX). The Lions come into the non-league outing with a 8-4 record. In their last outing, Reedy overcame Rockwall (Rockwall, TX), 56-51, in a non-league outing.
