The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Navajo Prep Eagles (Farmington, NM) and the host Hozho Academy Wolves (Gallup, NM), witnessed Navajo Prep's basketball squad rout Hozho Academy by a count of 66-35.
With the victory, Navajo Prep advances its record to 3-0 on the year. The Eagles travel to Chinle (Chinle, AZ) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Friday, December 19. The Wildcats enter the battle with a record of 6-3.
The Wolves now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to St. Michael for a non-league challenge on Monday, December 15. Hozho Academy will encounter a Cardinals team coming off a 58-44 non-league loss to Round Valley (Eagar, AZ). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-2.
