The Langham Creek Lobos (Houston, TX) basketball edged the host Westlake Chaparrals (Austin, TX), 53-50 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Lobos now possess a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to Lovejoy for a non-league bout on Friday, December 12. Langham Creek will play a Leopards team coming off a 68-62 non-league win over MacArthur (Irving, TX). The Leopards record now stands at 8-3.
With the loss, Westlake falls to 12-3 on the campaign. The Chaparrals travel to Shoemaker (Killeen, TX) to encounter the Wolves in a non-league test on Friday, December 12. The Wolves come into the test with a record of 9-4. Shoemaker won 60-55 in their recent non-league test against University (Waco, TX)
