Splendora Wildcats (Splendora, TX) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting New Caney Eagles (New Caney, TX), 51-25 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Splendora betters its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Santa Fe (Santa Fe, TX) to battle the Indians in a non-league contest on Thursday, December 11. The Indians go into the contest with a record of 3-5. Santa Fe won 58-44 in their recent non-league contest against Dayton (Dayton, TX)

The Eagles now own a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alief Elsik for a non-league match on Thursday, December 11. New Caney will face a Rams squad coming off a 65-45 non-league win over Benjamin Davis (Houston, TX). The Rams record now stands at 6-6.
