The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the New Plymouth Pilgrims (New Plymouth, ID) and the host North Star Huskies (Eagle, ID), observed New Plymouth's basketball team overwhelm North Star by a margin of 68-43.

The Pilgrims (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against McCall-Donnelly (McCall, ID). The Vandals come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, McCall-Donnelly walloped McDermitt (McDermitt, NV), 63-32, in a non-league battle.

The Huskies now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Melba for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 13. North Star will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 54-51 non-league win over West Side (Dayton, ID). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-1.
