California High School Basketball - Washington Union routed by West

West Vikings (Bakersfield, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Washington Union Panthers (Fresno, CA), 66-43 in a non-league match.

With the victory, West upgrades its record to 4-7 on the year. The Vikings travel to Selma (Selma, CA) to confront the Bears in a non-league contest on Friday, December 12. The Bears go into the contest with a record of 4-3. Selma won 66-39 in their recent non-league contest against Orange Cove (Orange Cove, CA)

In their next game, the Panthers confront the Sanger West Hornets (Fresno, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 16. Washington Union will attempt to better on its 0-8 season record. The Hornets go into the contest with a 8-1 record after their 73-53 non-league win over Lemoore (Lemoore, CA).
