Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Valley Pirates (Sanders, AZ) and the visiting Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets (Lakeside, AZ), witnessed Valley's basketball squad rout Blue Ridge by a count of 54-21.

With the victory, Valley advances its record to 5-1 on the year. The Pirates travel to Bradshaw Mountain (Prescott Valley, AZ) to meet the Bears in a non-league battle on Friday, December 12. The Bears enter the battle with a record of 5-1. Bradshaw Mountain won 55-24 in their recent non-league battle against Cactus (Glendale, AZ)

The Yellow Jackets now own a 8-6 record. They play next when they host Morenci for a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 11. Blue Ridge will encounter a Wildcats team coming off a 52-26 non-league win over Empire (Tucson, AZ). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-2.
