The New Smyrna Beach Barracudas basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting DME Academy Regional to 47 in the Barracudas non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Barracudas now possess a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Rickards for a non-league test on Friday, December 12. New Smyrna Beach will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 54-44 league win over Godby (Tallahassee, FL). The Raiders record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, DME Academy Regional falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The travel to Flagler Palm Coast (Palm Coast, FL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, December 12.
