The Union Cougars beat the host Ogden Tigers basketball team by a tally of 45-28 in Thursday's non-league game.

The Cougars now possess a 7-2 record. They play next when they host Richfield for a non-league game on Friday, December 12. Union will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 42-16 non-league loss to Snow Canyon (St. George, UT). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-4.

The Tigers (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against Carbon (Price, UT). The Dinos enter the non-league outing with a 5-7 record. In their last outing, Carbon ran past South Sevier (Monroe, UT), 49-29, in a non-league outing.
