The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Palmer Ridge Bears (Monument, CO) and the host Widefield Gladiators (Colorado Springs, CO), observed Palmer Ridge's basketball team overwhelm Widefield by a score of 59-28.

The Bears (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against The Classical Academy (Colorado Springs, CO). The Titans enter the non-league battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, The Classical Academy was crushed by Vista Ridge (Colorado Springs, CO), 40-35, in a non-league battle.

The Gladiators now own a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pueblo West for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 20. Widefield will meet a Cyclones squad coming off a 43-17 non-league win over Discovery Canyon (Colorado Springs, CO). The Cyclones record now stands at 3-3.
