The Wood Wildcats basketball team scored 74 points and limited the visiting Dixon Rams to 31 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Wildcats now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chavez for a non-league outing on Friday, December 12. Wood will clash with a Titans squad coming off a 52-24 non-league win over Non JV Opponent (, ). The Titans record now stands at 4-4.

The Rams (2-3) will now prepare for their outing against Yuba City (Yuba City, CA). The Honkers enter the non-league outing with a 4-5 record. In their last outing, Yuba City was overwhelmed by Freedom (Oakley, CA), 99-33, in a non-league outing.
