Justin Garza Guardians (Fresno, CA) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Reedley Pirates (Reedley, CA), 40-38 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Justin Garza advances its record to 6-4 on the year. The Guardians travel to Tulare Western (Tulare, CA) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league contest on Friday, December 12. The Mustangs go into the contest with a record of 2-1. Tulare Western lost 49-34 in their recent non-league contest against Delano (Delano, CA)

In their next game, the Pirates battle the Exeter Monarchs (Exeter, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 12. Reedley will attempt to better on its 2-6 season record. The Monarchs go into the contest with a 1-0 record after their 46-31 non-league win over Strathmore (Strathmore, CA).
