Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Poway Titans (Poway, CA) and the host Classical Academy Caimans (Escondido, CA), saw Poway's soccer squad hold off Classical Academy by a count of 1-0.
The Titans (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Segerstrom (Santa Ana, CA). The Jaguars enter the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Segerstrom was tipped by Millikan (Long Beach, CA), 4-1, in a non-league match.
The Caimans now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cathedral Catholic for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 16. Classical Academy will meet a Dons team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to San Pasqual (Escondido, CA). The Dons record now stands at 0-1.
