Byron-Bergen Bees (Bergen, NY) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Barker Raiders (Barker, NY), 84-44 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Byron-Bergen upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Bees travel to Notre Dame (Batavia, NY) to clash with the Fighting Irish in a Section 5 Genesee County bout on Wednesday, December 14. The Fighting Irish go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Notre Dame lost 57-44 in their recent non-league bout against Royalton-Hartland (Middleport, NY)

Next up, the Raiders clash with the Tonawanda Warriors (Tonawanda, NY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 16. Barker will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 55-34 non-league loss to Wilson (Wilson, NY).
