The South Bend Career Academy Trailblazers basketball team (South Bend, IN), was nudged 51-49 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Berrien Springs Shamrocks (Berrien Springs, MI)
The Shamrocks now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Beatty for a non-league battle on Friday, December 16. Berrien Springs will battle a Rangers team coming off a 66-12 league win over Bangor (Bangor, MI). The Rangers record now stands at 2-0.
The Trailblazers (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Argos (Argos, IN). The Dragons come into the Hoosier Plains battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Argos edged Jimtown (Elkhart, IN), 53-51, in a non-league battle.
