The Lighthouse Baptist Academy Eagles basketball team scored 47 points and held the visiting Varsity Opponent to 2 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.
The Eagles now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Calvary Baptist for a contest on Friday, December 16. Lighthouse Baptist Academy will meet a Knights team coming off a 54-14 league loss to Independent Baptist Academy (Clinton, MD). The Knights record now stands at 0-1.
The (118-414) will now prepare for their contest against Bethel Christian Academy (Spruce Pine, NC). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Bethel Christian Academy triumphed over Heritage Christian (Hudson, NC), 65-42, in a league contest.
