The Trezevant Bears (Memphis, TN) basketball knocked off the visiting Brighton Cardinals (Brighton, TN), 69-52 in Monday's non-league test.
The Bears (5-2) will now prepare for their test against King Prep (Memphis, TN). The Rams go into the 2A District 14 test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, King Prep notched a victory over KIPP Collegiate (Memphis, TN), 26-22, in a non-league test.
The Cardinals now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Memphis Home Education Association for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 13. Brighton will encounter a squad coming off a 43-26 non-league loss to Briarcrest Christian (Eads, TN). The record now stands at 1-2.
