Edison Red Raiders (Miami, FL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Homestead Broncos (Homestead, FL), 61-44 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Edison upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Red Raiders travel to Miami (Miami, FL) to play the Stingarees in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Stingarees go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Miami won 52-37 in their recent non-league bout against Doral Academy (Doral, FL)

Next up, the Broncos play the Mourning Sharks (North Miami, FL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 12. Homestead will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Sharks go into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 70-9 non-league loss to Ferguson (Miami, FL).
