The Forest City Indians basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Spirit Lake Indians to 53 in the Indians non-league triumph on Monday.

The Indians now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Hancock for a North Iowa contest on Friday, December 16. Forest City will battle a Eagles team coming off a 52-49 league loss to North Iowa (Buffalo Center, IA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-4.
