Miller Rebels (Fontana, CA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Vista del Lago Ravens (Moreno Valley, CA), 27-20 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Miller upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Rebels host Jurupa Valley (Jurupa Valley, CA) to play the Jaguars in a Mountain Valley bout on Wednesday, December 14. The Jaguars come into the bout with a record of 0-7. Jurupa Valley lost 51-43 in their recent non-league bout against Patriot (Jurupa Valley, CA)

Next up, the Ravens play the Perris Panthers (Perris, CA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, December 14. Vista del Lago will attempt to improve on its 0-9 season record. The Panthers come into the battle with a 2-5 record after their 45-38 non-league win over Temecula Prep (Winchester, CA).
