Fans at Tuesday's non-league test between the Varsity Opponent (, ) and the host Atlantic Christian Cougars (Egg Harbor Township, NJ), witnessed Varsity Opponent's basketball squad beat Atlantic Christian by a margin of 67-59.

The (144-531) will now prepare for their test against Tri-State Christian (Elkton, MD). The Crusaders go into the Mid-Atlantic Independent test with a 6-2 record. In their last test, Tri-State Christian thwarted Perryville (Perryville, MD), 84-63, in a non-league test.

The Cougars now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Gloucester County Christian for a Tri-State Christian test on Friday, January 5.
